Data Warehousing Programmer
Develop, maintain and support enterprise data warehousing initiatives and monitor data warehousing systems to ensure reliability, quality control and database and pipeline integrity.
Selected resource must have experience designing and building relational databases. Expected to be given a degree of creativity and latitude.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide support for data warehousing initiatives and monitor data warehousing system to ensure reliability and accuracy of information loaded into the databases. Analyze the logical and physical database models and ensure models are in accordance with standards. Perform analysis and testing of relational databases and investigate any data load failures or data retrieval issues.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Database Warehousing capabilities with 4+ years of experience designing and building relational databases. Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
