Data Engineer II

Type: Contract | Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Required:
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience building ETL Pipelines (specifically migrating DB2 to Snowflake)
• Experience using cloud technology - AWS/Snowflake/S3
• Experience with at least 1 RDBMS
• Experience using/contributing to data cataloging/data dictionary (Alation preferred)
• Passion for quality and testing practices
• Ability to research and solve problems independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:
• Financial industry knowledge / prior work experience in the finance industry
• Experience with NiFi/Kafka
• Experience tracking data lineage (IGC preferred)
• Experience with Python
• Experience with virtualization (Denodo preferred)
