Contract to Hire Position - Technical Team Lead for CSHCS
• This position will provide senior level project management, development, and application systems support for the Children’s Special Healthcare Services (CSHCS) division at the Indiana Department of Health.
• Incumbent will work as part of an application systems development team as well as independently on projects.
• This position will be responsible for development of a new Oracle / .Net web site to replace an aging system, known as ACAPS, which is written in Oracle Forms.
• This position will also be responsible for learning the existing architecture and business rules, and to provide support for the existing environment.
• Participate in functional requirements definition, meet with users to understand requirements, data collection and implement the requirements.
• Provide project management and leadership to a team of developers to build the new system.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and fix them as and when they occur.
