List of Key Responsibilities for the Position:
· Configuring the SAP PSCD module to meet public sector financial processes such as tax collection, social benefits, and public disbursements.
· Handling integration between SAP PSCD and other SAP modules like FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and CRM to ensure smooth financial operations.
· Designing and implementing dunning and correspondence processes within SAP PSCD to manage outstanding receivables and payments.
· Monitoring and managing the end-to-end collections and disbursement processes, ensuring proper billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliations.
· Implementing and maintaining tax and revenue management systems for municipalities, government agencies, and other public sector clients.
· Handling the migration of legacy system data into the SAP PSCD module, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with public sector requirements.
· Supporting integration between SAP PSCD and external systems, ensuring seamless exchange of financial information.
