Experience
• 2-4 years in Project Management in a technical field required
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies
• Experience in breaking down tasks and delegating work within a technology department
• Demonstrated understanding of cascading impact for technical delays
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Keen sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Demonstrated ability applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
• AWS based accreditations which include AWS Solutions Architect Associate or other Associate-level certification (Developer or Systems Administrator), or ability to attain one within 45 days
