Job Description:
We are actively looking for a highly motivated individual to fill in a critical position providing Applications Integration design, development and support for a leading Client in Indianapolis. The incumbent will be part of a Dynamic Application Development and Integrations team and will play a key role in the design and development of high end Application Integrations using industry standard integrations platforms This is an opportunity to work for a company with a solid reputation, stable environment, and one that truly cares about their employees.

Top Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience, both business and technical.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Middleware IT experience in design, development and implementation as developer and admin.
• Minimum 2+ of years of experience working as an application integrator. Strong hands-on experience on Dell Boomi Process building & deployment, Boomi Integration, API management. Must be adept in understanding complex functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working with Web API/Services (JSON/XML) to develop real-time integrations with internal/external systems.
• Need good understanding of the software development process. Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Should be an excellent team player, ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client's business objectives.
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
• Use common integration patterns and techniques to develop solutions that automate the flow of data to many downstream applications.
• Manage and support integration tools such as Dell Boomi. Design complex business applications, data integration solutions, and secured APIs, leveraging the Dell Boomi platform.
• Develop new and provide ongoing support for existing processes built on the platform.
• Ensuring that best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization.
• Analyzing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies.
• Make sure that the proper integration documentation is maintained for the complex integrations.
• Help the agencies identify the root cause of any integration issue by properly managing the logs and reviewing it.
• Supports any technology upgrade/maintenance with other technical teams that involves integration and create plan for that.
