RADcube is seeking a highly motivated & self-driven Business Analyst at our Headquarters here in Carmel, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve Business goals, as well as make meaningful connections with RADcube’s prospects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert in how RADcube’s services & products will help potential public & private sector customers achieve their business objectives, understanding the benefits of leveraging proven business processes and methodologies, and prospecting and developing business account plans. What You’ll Do: Participate in daily business strategy meetings and understand needs from all business verticals of the company. Schedule and lead business meetings, document important information, publish meeting minutes and follow through on follow-ups. Assist PMO office in prioritization of project deliverables based on latest business information for all end-clients. Schedule and lead meetings with Product Owners performing documentation of meetings and sharing information across all down-stream teams for successful engagements. Analyze business delivery timelines against project timelines to ensure project schedule is on track. Act as liaison for business teams, end-clients, and Product Owners to facilitate changes, enhancements and/or escalations to PMO, Architecture/Technical and QA teams. Become the VOC (Voice of Customer) for RADcube on all live projects monitoring changes on end-client business. Work closely with business SMEs to monitor and document any changes in policies, requirements, product life cycle and timelines. Act as liaison for company technical teams to communicate status updates, roadblocks, impedances, escalations and risks on engagements. Schedule and lead daily standups with project delivery teams tracking progress and other KPIs for success. Your Experience: A Strong communication with exceptional presentation skills. Deep understanding of Business Analysis concepts. Expert documentation skills & experience with excellent Email activates. Self-driven attitude with active personality.
