Business Development Manager

Type: Contract | Location: Carmel, Indiana
Managing Company Sales Team and monitoring the team's sales performance.
Works with company executives to develop sales goals and targets for direct sales business lines and provide feedback to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded
Creates a vision and strategy while providing decisive leadership to the sales team
Leverages existing sales tools and builds new ones, to drive efficiency and effectiveness while identifying and implementing best practices inside and outside of the company to improve the sales process
Recruits, builds, and develops a high performing sales team to deliver business results
Defines new sales staff commission and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Develops and tracks KPI’s for sales team members
Develops and mentors the sales team to ensure success in meeting their sales goals through sales training, sales metrics, and ongoing feedback
