Monitoring and tuning alerts in Dynatrace, Splunk or CloudWatch
Monitoring and tuning Splunk dashboards
Recovering compute clusters in AWS or datacenter JVM via Terraform
Adjusting firewall/networking configurations via ServiceNow
Providing break/fix support for identity configurations in OAuth and SAML
Modifying identity configurations in OAuth and SAML
Tuning integration and regression testing in PyTest
We are looking for someone with experience in the identity products and capable of performing operational support. Overall the team will need to maintain continuous uptime and provide break-fix/triage support for a hybrid hosted identity platform.
