Desktop/Laptop/Wi-Fi/Printers/Asset Management on a day-to-day basis.
Installation of OS (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365 applications
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 endpoint management issues
Troubleshooting of hardware/OS/Application/Local Networking issues
Maintain Anti-virus applications and virus definitions on all corporate workstations to ensure maximum protection.
Apply patches and security updates to all Windows-based operating systems utilizing a patch management system
Inventory management & tracking
Desired Skills/Good to have:
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Knowledge about Azure Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
Knowledge of Basic Networking
Troubleshooting Skills 1. Troubleshooting OS, Application related issues
Knowledge about hardware peripherals / printer configurations
Knowledge of IT asset management.
Good verbal and written communication is a must.
Ability to follow policies and procedures. Complete tasks correctly and on time.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCP/MCSA) is not required but would be a plus
