As part of a dynamic business development and operations team located in our Indianapolis office, you will provide leadership and manage responses on requests for proposals for key accounts within the US Central Region. You will work closely with business development managers, operations managers, capture managers, graphic designers, production teams, and other subject matter experts to develop exceptional winning proposals and increase win-rates. You will be required to work on multiple assignments in tandem with overlapping schedules and managing offshore team. This position requires someone that is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, collaborative, and focused on strategy storytelling to differentiate our services. You must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment and use tact and diplomacy to effectively resolve challenges.
Drive overall proposal process from start to finish, including: lead kick-off meetings and color reviews .
Develop win strategy, collaborate on design and graphics.
Facilitate compliance checks (legal, insurance, and other compliance elements).
Coordinate production and delivery of final product, and oversee client interview preparations and coaching for proposed project team
Facilitate and support strategy and pre-positioning sessions (i.e., SWOT, IFBP, and others)
Partner with Business Development and Operations to organically grow key account revenue
