Responsibilities: Totals, balances, sorts, files, and mails assigned accounts, vouchers, receipts, etc. While working under general supervision, will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Verifies and processes trust checks in according to departmental procedures.

· Posts transactions in journals or computer files and updates files when needed.

· Check research and resolution for incoming service-related inquiries.

· Verify accuracy of incoming documentation, balance and reconcile cash processing, and process all affiliate trust daily work using internal quality assurance procedures.

· Creates reports or spreadsheets for management.

· Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

· Perform any other duties as assigned.



This position requires no supervisory responsibilities



Qualifications:

High school diploma with 1-2 years of experience.

Minimum of 1 year of previous securities processing, accounting experience and /or spreadsheet bookkeeping.
