About the Job:
• As the IT Project Manager Intermediate, you will be responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables. In this position, you will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the team to meet business objectives and provides professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.

A Day in the Life:
• The essential functions of this role are as follows:
• Manage medium to large projects that may involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
• Create, monitor, and maintain project plans.
• Define user and project team members’ roles and responsibilities on each project.
• Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals for each project.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure the system is completed within time and budget guidelines.
• Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.

What You'll Need for Success:
• You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE).
• Three (3) years of project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project cost management, benefit analysis, risk management, funding, and estimation of resources.
• Considerable knowledge and application of project management theories and practices.
• Considerable knowledge of the information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation.
• Considerable problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead project team by encouraging and influencing others to perform.
• Effective communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.
